Satellite imagery of the Titanic Quarter area and surrounding Belfast Barbour areas The opulent area surrounding the belfast harbour and the newly envisioned center point if you will, the heart of this area will be Titanic Quarters. The 2008-2012 harbor area buildup have been welcomed by the local community as creating jobs.
